Corporate Image-Building Campaign. Design and facilitate well-rounded and organized image-building campaign as part of the general PR plan. Generate positive "buzz" to capture the attention of various influencers via strategic mentions of product/service/executives in industry round-ups. Seek quote opportunities for trend stories.
Press Kit & Website Updates. Update/edit/recommend press kit contents that may include: corporate backgrounder, executive bios, product fact sheets, Q&As, white papers and press releases. Maintain a working press kit (press coverage can be added) and assist with transitioning existing press documents to the company's Website.
Communications & Media Contact. Generate press releases, pitches and media alerts on an ongoing basis to provide an ongoing flow of information to the press. Research results and follow up with media contacts to ensure story placement and identify future editorial opportunities.
Media Interviews & Speaking Opportunities. Pitch and present credentials of key company executives to both industry analysts and the press to obtain interviews for feature articles or studies appropriate to the company and its product profile. Identify speaking opportunities for executives at key industry events and trade shows.
Marketing & Promotions. Recommend and design online or direct mail promotions that complement the client's PR or marketing communications program. Work closely with client's marketing personnel to assure proper messaging and timing of PR campaign.
Television & Radio. Research all radio and television media opportunities and present executives as guests and experts in their fields. Promote stories on executives and products to syndicated broadcast news media.
Media Lists. Create and maintain an extensive list of media contacts in print, online and broadcast. This list will include trade, business, vertical market and consumer media.
Subscriptions & Reports. Generate monthly activity and clipping reports for each client. Assist clients with subscriptions to publications, wire services and clipping services.
