Course Rates

Violin and Piano

Our rates are based on market demographics, teaching experience and demand. If there is a waiting list, interested parents/students are kept informed and notified when a lesson time opens. Payments are made in advance for either two or three month "sessions" of instruction (approx 8-12 lessons). This is to ensure that both parents and students take the music instruction seriously and encourages students to practice diligently so they'll make great progress!

Maestro School of Music's Rates are as follows:

• $40 per 1/2 HOUR LESSON*
• $60 per 3/4 HOUR LESSON*
• $80 per 1 HOUR LESSON*

*Rates subject to change

Group Lessons Available: Rates vary on the number of students in the class.

Heaney Violins Studio Rates: An additional studio fee of $10 per hour or $5 per 1/2 hour is imposed per lesson to cover studio rental cost.

Sibling Discounts: For families with multiple children taking lessons, a discount is offered.

Travel Fee : Limited availability. Please contact Ms. Scoby for more information (408) 455-3197.

Make Ups: Only one make up lesson per session is allowed. Parents/students must cancel 24 hours in advance to allow the make up lesson.

Music: Students are responsible for purchasing their own music books, music stands, instruments and accessories. A one time materials fee may be required for beginners and group classes.
